Independent equity research.
Informed decisions.

Unbiased equity research reports, Buy / Sell / Hold recommendations and IPO analysis for long-term investors in India — delivered in full compliance with SEBI regulations.

Why research matters

Research is the foundation of
informed investment decisions.

Markets are driven by information, expectations and uncertainty. Good research helps separate facts from narratives, understand the underlying business, assess risks, and evaluate whether the price justifies the value.

Our approach is built on evidence, analysis and discipline — with the objective of providing clarity in an environment where information is abundant but understanding is scarce.

Research moves the question from “Is this a good company?” to “At this price, with these risks and these expectations, is this a good investment?”

Equity research services

Clarity across business,
valuation and risk.

Every report is written from publicly available information, states its assumptions, and names the risks that could break the thesis.

Monthly equity research reports.

Comprehensive coverage of selected listed companies, written from first principles.

  • Business model, competitive position and industry dynamics.
  • Structured assessment of growth and profitability.
  • Focused analysis of leverage and valuation metrics.
  • Key assumptions, relevant observations and material risks.

Buy / Sell / Hold recommendations.

Buy, Sell, or Hold ratings synthesize extensive research into a single action item, offering clear guidance on whether to invest, divest, or maintain your position for different time horizons.

IPO analysis reports.

A disciplined read on upcoming public offerings, before the noise arrives.

  • Assessment of the company's business model and competitive positioning.
  • Promoter background, corporate governance standards and management quality, from public disclosures.
  • Financial performance, growth prospects, business fundamentals and key risks.
  • Valuation analysis compared with listed peers.

Research methodology

How a conclusion is reached.

Every report passes through the same five stages, in the same order. The sequence is what keeps the process repeatable — and what makes a conclusion possible to audit rather than simply accept.

  1. Stage 01

    Universe and screening

Narrowing the listed market down to the handful of businesses worth a full read.

    • Quantitative filters cover profitability, returns on capital, leverage and earnings quality.
    • Screens decide what gets researched. They never decide what gets recommended.
  2. Stage 02

    Business and industry analysis

Understanding what the company actually does before looking at what it reports.

    • Business model, revenue drivers and the economics of each segment.
    • Competitive position and industry structure — who holds pricing power, and why.
    • Promoter background and corporate governance standards, from public disclosures.
  3. Stage 03

    Financial and Valuation analysis

Testing whether the reported numbers describe the business faithfully.

    • Structured assessment of growth and profitability.
    • Analysis of key profitability, operating, leverage and valuation metrics.
  4. Stage 04

    Risk and assumptions

Naming what would have to be true, and what could break the thesis.

    • Material risks and uncertainties that could affect the conclusion.
    • The key assumptions the analysis depends on, stated plainly.
    • Scenarios in which the view would change, identified before publication.
  5. Stage 05

    Review and publication

    • Every report carries the market risk, past performance and no-guaranteed-returns disclosures.
    • Disseminated through email and other electronic channels, with records retained as SEBI requires.
