Payments and UPI FAQ.
How subscription fees are collected, how to verify you are paying the right account, and what will never be asked of you.
Payment details. The validated UPI ID and bank details for subscription fees are shared with you directly during onboarding. Before paying, confirm them on SEBI Check or by calling +91 95665 04221.
Before you pay. Pay only to the payment details given to you by the research analyst during onboarding. Verify them on SEBI Check and confirm the beneficiary name against SEBI registration number INH000029944 before confirming any transfer. Never pay in cash, never pay a third-party account, and never share a PIN or one-time password.
Only through traceable banking channels into an account held in the name of the registered research analyst — UPI, net banking, NEFT/RTGS or debit/credit card. Cash is never accepted, and payment should never be made to a personal account of any third party.
A UPI ID is an address of the form name@bankhandle that is linked to an active bank account, so you can pay without sharing your account number. Before paying, confirm that the name shown by your UPI app matches the registered research analyst.
Since 1 October 2025, SEBI-registered intermediaries that collect payments from investors by UPI must use a validated UPI ID. It has the form name.ra@valid<bank>: a username, the category code (.ra for a research analyst) and an exclusive bank handle beginning with @valid.
When you pay a validated UPI ID, your UPI app shows a white thumbs-up in a green triangle. If you do not see it, stop and check the UPI ID before paying.
Use SEBI Check, SEBI's free tool for confirming that a UPI ID or a bank account number and IFSC belong to a registered intermediary. It is available at siportal.sebi.gov.in/intermediary/sebi-check and in SEBI's Saarthi app.
Any UPI-enabled application linked to your bank account — for example BHIM, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or your own bank's app. The choice of app makes no difference to the payment.
Most UPI payments confirm within seconds. Occasionally a bank takes a few minutes. If an amount has been debited but you have not received confirmation, wait for the bank's own reversal cycle before paying again, and contact us with the transaction reference.
Email kavikambarajanra@gmail.com with the transaction ID, the date, the amount and the UPI ID or account used. The payment will be traced and the subscription activated, or the amount returned if it cannot be matched.
UPI is secure when used correctly. You only ever need to enter your UPI PIN to send money — never to receive it. No legitimate party will ask for your PIN, a one-time password or your net-banking password, and the research analyst will never ask you for them.
No. A research analyst is not permitted to accept funds or securities for trading or investment. The only money you should ever pay is the published subscription fee. Treat any other request made in this practice's name as fraudulent and report it immediately.
