1. Your details stay confidential

Anything you share — whether you enquire through this website or go on to subscribe — is treated as confidential. It is never sold, never rented, and never shared with anyone for marketing. It is used to answer you and to provide the research service you asked for, and for nothing else.

2. Who we are

This website and the research service are operated by Kavi Kambarajan, a Research Analyst registered with SEBI under registration number INH000029944, at 2B, Sundareswarar Koil Street, East Tambaram, Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu – 600059.

3. This website

• The website does not set cookies of its own, does not use advertising or tracking scripts, and has no user accounts.
• It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies for that purpose.
• Where visitor statistics are collected, they come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors.

4. Enquiries

The enquiry form on this website does not send or store anything on our servers. It prepares a message in your own WhatsApp or email app, and nothing reaches us unless you choose to send it. What you send — typically your name, email address, phone number and message — is used only to respond to your enquiry. WhatsApp and your email provider handle the message under their own privacy policies.

5. Clients

When you subscribe, we collect the information needed to establish and service the subscription and to meet regulatory obligations, including know-your-customer (KYC) details, contact details and payment records. This information is used to provide the research service, to communicate with you about it, and to comply with the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 and related requirements.

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or updated, or withdraw consent to further contact. Information that must be kept to meet regulatory record- keeping requirements is retained for the required period even if you withdraw consent.
