Refund policy.
When research fees are charged in advance, when they are refunded, and how to raise a grievance.
1. Fees paid in advance
Research fees may be charged in advance only if you agree, and for no longer than the period SEBI stipulates — presently one quarter. No assured return, performance-linked fee or guarantee of profit is offered, under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
2. Refunds when the service ends early
If the research service is terminated before the end of a period you have paid for — whether by you or by the research analyst — you are entitled to seek a refund of the fees proportionate to the unexpired period. If the registration of the research analyst is suspended for more than 60 days or is cancelled, fees for the unexpired period are refunded in accordance with SEBI requirements.
To request a refund, write to kavikambarajanra@gmail.com with your name, the plan, the payment date and the transaction reference. Refunds are returned to the account or instrument the fees were paid from.
3. Duplicate payments and failed transactions
- Duplicate payment. Where a client has paid more than once for the same service, the excess amount is refunded.
- Technical error. Where a transaction has failed but the amount has been debited, the amount is reversed to the original source, normally within 7 to 10 working days.
4. Service delivery
Research is provided in accordance with the subscription plan chosen at the time of payment. If you face any difficulty in accessing the service after your payment has been made, write to kavikambarajanra@gmail.com or call +91 95665 04221 and the issue will be resolved.
